My heat pump/AC unit went out, and I called Jamie. She was quick to get us a new unit (FAST). Bobby and Joey came out to install it, and they were the best! Time will tell, but I couldn't be happier. Technician Chris arrived at the scheduled time and was very informative about each task he performed. The unit needed refrigerant, and he found no leaks (it could have been a leaking fill valve). During the process, he discovered a faulty disconnect breaker at the compressor and replaced it. I'm new to the state and feel confident knowing I have a reliable company to reach out to.
